Terms & Conditions — ulti300 Platform Agreement

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you") and ulti300 (hereinafter "ulti300", "we", "us", "the Platform"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at https://ulti300.cam (hereinafter "the Website", "the Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ulti300 platform — including its casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and any associated promotional or bonus programmes — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and, if applicable, contact our support team to close your account.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the ulti300 Platform, through which access to games, betting markets, and financial transactions is provided.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matching bonus awarded to a User's Account, which is subject to wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process by which ulti300 confirms a User's identity, age, and eligibility in accordance with anti-money-laundering and regulatory requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary value of bets a User must place using Bonus Funds before those funds, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services operated by ulti300 is restricted, prohibited, or unlicensed under applicable law.
• "Services" means all products and features made available through the Platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and the VIP loyalty programme.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on ulti300, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

1. You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. Registration or use of the Platform by any individual under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory.
4. You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of ulti300 or any affiliated company.
5. You must not have been previously banned, suspended, or self-excluded from the Platform.
6. All information you provide during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details at all times.

04 Account Registration & Security

Each eligible User may register only one (1) Account on the ulti300 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any associated balances being forfeited.

Upon registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your date of birth, and your country of residence. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

ulti300 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any channel other than the official login interface. If you receive any communication requesting your password, you should report it to our support team immediately.

• You must notify ulti300 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• ulti300 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or share access to your Account with any third party.
• We reserve the right to require re-verification of your identity at any time, including when processing withdrawals or following unusual account activity.

05 Deposits & Payments

ulti300 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels: FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier before transaction confirmation.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction. ulti300 does not accept responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.
• ulti300 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose charges independently. Please check with your bank or e-wallet provider.
• Deposits credited in error must be reported to ulti300 support immediately. Wagering on erroneously credited funds may result in forfeiture of winnings derived from those funds.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by ulti300 in the order they are received, subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements and satisfactory KYC verification. The target processing time for verified accounts is under three (3) minutes for the majority of requests, though processing times may vary during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals are generally returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical availability.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are stated in the cashier section of the Platform.
• ulti300 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to bank statements and source of funds declarations — before processing any withdrawal, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Real-money funds not subject to active wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard processing procedures.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, ulti300 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation. During any such investigation, the affected account will be restricted from further gameplay.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

ulti300 offers various promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, VIP rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Each eligible bonus may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value prior to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• Where a User holds both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, the order in which funds are used during gameplay is determined by the Platform's internal logic and is communicated within each individual offer's terms.
• ulti300 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any active wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured for a reasonable period.
• If ulti300 reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to the exploitation of matched betting strategies, arbitrage betting, or use of software to place low-risk bets specifically to fulfil wagering requirements — ulti300 may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it without prior notice.

08 Prohibited Conduct

Users of ulti300 are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities, whether directly or indirectly:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the Platform.
• Using any software, script, bot, automated tool, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage or circumvent Platform security.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other users.
• Attempting to access or exploit any technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform's software.
• Using the Platform to engage in, facilitate, or conceal any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Misusing or abusing any promotion, bonus, or loyalty programme feature.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ulti300 staff, support agents, or other platform users through any communication channel.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the ulti300 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, text, audio-visual content, trademarks, and logos — is the exclusive intellectual property of ulti300 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any proprietary rights and may be revoked at any time by ulti300.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ulti300.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ulti300 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds, profits, or winnings resulting from technical errors, system outages, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately secure your login credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional communications.
• Any disruption to Services caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or telecommunications infrastructure.

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ulti300 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or its contents.

11 Responsible Gambling

ulti300 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of player protection tools, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion, all of which are available free of charge to every registered User.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you are participating in online gaming voluntarily, with full awareness that losses are possible. ulti300 does not accept any responsibility for gambling-related harm arising from your personal choices.

• If you wish to set deposit limits, session limits, or activate a cool-off period, you may do so via the Responsible Gambling section of your Account Settings.
• Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. ulti300 will not process any attempt to reopen a self-excluded account before the exclusion period has expired.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

ulti300 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event that:

• The User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• ulti300 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• The User is found to be under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• ulti300 is required to do so by a legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement authority.
• The User requests voluntary account closure.

Upon voluntary account closure requested by the User, any real-money balance not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to the User via their original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

In cases of termination due to breach, ulti300 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation, including any real-money funds held at the time of closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ulti300 is licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute between you and ulti300 in relation to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact our customer support team and allow a reasonable period of at least thirty (30) days for the matter to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted by an independent arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ulti300 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting User rights, payment terms, or eligibility conditions — ulti300 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email notification to registered Users or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
